Refund policy
At Craftology Kids your satisfaction is important to us. When your order arrives, we kindly ask that you immediately inspect the outside of the shipping carton for any visible damage that may have occurred during transit. If you notice any issues that could indicate damage to the product inside, please take clear photographs of the packaging and email them to us at 4mykidsbrand@gmail.com as soon as possible.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund, provided you have proof of purchase. All refunds will be issued only to the same credit or debit card used at the time of the original transaction. Please note that we only accept returns on items that are unopened and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please do not send the item back without prior authorization. Instead, email us at 4mykidsbrand@gmail.com with your reason for return, and we will respond within 24 hours with the next steps. Items sent back without return authorization will not be processed for refund.
